Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic radiographic services under the supervision of a licensed Radiologic Technologist by operating imaging equipment, evaluating technical quality, and administering contrast media as required. Perform quality control checks, document exam details and repeat/reject information, and assist physicians with fluoroscopic and interventional procedures. Manage patient needs during exams, handle equipment malfunctions, and support patient care logistics including transportation and PACs processing. Pursue licensure as a Radiologic Technologist while enrolled in the final semester of an AMA accredited program. Adhere to department policies and maintain ethical conduct regarding patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in final semester of an AMA accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Must become ARRT registered in Radiology and licensed in the state(s) you work within 90 days of graduation
- Self-motivated and able to be flexible
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to interact well with customers
- Good written and oral communication skills
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
