Job Summary
The Financial Times seeks a Part-time Student Program Assistant (FT Schools) to support the Student Advocates program globally. Responsibilities include coordinating a group of up to 100 Student Advocates, running two monthly calls, maintaining Slack communications, relaying ideas between the FT and Advocates, capturing feedback to shape programme development, sending monthly updates to teachers, and tracking student engagement. Ideal candidates are self-motivated university students with strong organizational and communication abilities, experience mentoring youth or diverse groups, and an interest in news and current affairs. Familiarity with FT Schools is desirable. The role is remote, part-time (12 hours/month), for roughly six months starting September 2026, and involves working with a team to enhance FT visibility in schools.
