Job Summary
Greets seated customers, presents menus, and answers inquiries about items, beverages, and services. Takes and delivers food and beverage orders to the kitchen, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and returned if improperly cooked. Clears tables, collects checks, processes payments, and assists with dining area cleaning and silverware preparation. Coordinates with fellow employees to support restaurant operations and meet guest needs. Two years of experience is preferred, though training is provided for the right candidate. Join Bean Restaurant Group, a family-run management company with 15 locations across Western Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for food
- A team player with a hospitality first mentality and a keen willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Two years experience preferred, but we will train the right restaurant candidate who shows a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
