Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, answer phones, and manage seating charts while taking reservations and handling takeout orders. Escort diners to tables, present menus, and coordinate smooth handoffs to service staff. Monitor wait times during busy periods, address guest inquiries, and resolve complaints by notifying management. Assist with side duties as needed to ensure a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
