Job Summary
YourTasks: DERIVATION of relevant characteristics from technical drawings and 3D models (dimensions, tolerances, material specs); CONSISTENCY checking of database entries; TAKING OVER selected projects for cost-reduction measures; PREPARATION of data to support cost/value engineering (benchmarking, variant comparisons, material and manufacturing analyses); COMMUNICATION and coordination with central and local purchasing organizations in different countries; CREATION of understandable documentation, presentations, and process descriptions; COLLABORATION on interdisciplinary project topics in international purchasing. Required Qualifications
- Studies in engineering, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Independent and structured approach within project work
- Strong communication skills, proactiveness, and motivation
