Manage a patient caseload in long-term care settings while integrating personal learning objectives with course goals. Travel to preceptor sites to demonstrate progressive independence under supervision, adhering to professional attire and site policies. Collaborate with faculty to evaluate attainment of objectives and share clinical learning needs. Maintain clinical documentation of time and activities, gather patient history, and formulate management plans using evidence-based guidelines. Attend all scheduled clinical experiences on time, notify preceptors immediately of absences, and arrange make-up days.
