Job Summary
Welcome prospective families, conduct student assessments, and develop individualized learning plans to guide families through their educational journey. Teach students during afternoon and evening instructional hours while coaching educators and mentoring teachers to ensure consistent teaching standards. Coordinate student and teacher schedules, prepare the centre for daily operations, and support the Centre Director with leadership responsibilities. Jump in wherever needed to maintain an organized, welcoming environment. This full-time leadership role requires fluency in French and English, a university degree in Education or related fields, and experience in teaching or tutoring. Schedule includes Monday–Thursday 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (July–August) and Monday–Thursday 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. plus Saturday mornings (September–June).
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Education, Mathematics, Languages, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Experienced in teaching or tutoring
- Experienced working in an educational environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
- Vulnerable sector screening
