Job Summary
Investigate, resolve, and escalate tickets related to Observability and Monitoring, focusing on business and process-related issues. Take ownership of tickets to ensure clear communication with the business and aim to resolve issues at the 2nd level with detailed documentation. Provide general support, administration, and maintenance for Observability and Monitoring platforms while following established procedures and meeting service level agreements. Work onsite in Katowice for a 6-month internship with flexible hours of 16 or 24 weeks per week.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in any field
- Fluent both in written and spoken English (B2-C1)
- Open to learning new tools, processes, and technologies related to Observability and Monitoring and IT support
- Able to investigate and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and processes
- Able to work with other team members and escalate issues when necessary
- Basic understanding of IT systems, workflows, and service management concepts
- Able to work onsite in our office in Katowice
