Student Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (m/f/x)

Job Summary
Intern/working student role in the Global Quality Unit at Wörwag Pharma, Böblingen: support the Student Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation program by filing and naming documents with consistent metadata, classifying documents by PPWR evidence types (e.g., heavy metals, PFAS, material composition), performing completeness checks (signatures, dates, scope), managing gaps with stakeholders, and providing rapid retrieval of evidence sets for internal reviews and audits. Handle confidentiality of supplier documents and contribute to the organization and cleanup of documentation. Requires enrollment in a related program, strong attention to detail, English proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Initial 6-month fixed-term contract as an internship or working student (16–20 hours/week).
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student in packaging engineering, sustainability management, life sciences, quality management, business administration, supply chain management or related field
- Strong background in natural sciences
- Strong attention to detail; ability to work precisely with versions, dates, and document scopes
- Structured working style and understanding of document management principles
- Good written English (bilingual or English commonly used in templates)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams/SharePoint, Excel, Word); ability to maintain lists and basic trackers
- Reliability and discretion when handling confidential supplier documentation
- Experience with regulated industries (pharma, medical devices, food supplements) and/or supplier documentation
- Basic understanding of packaging materials (paper/board, plastics, glass, aluminium) and typical supplier certificates
- Experience with SharePoint structures, permissions, and document libraries
- Interest in sustainability, circular economy, or packaging regulation topics
