Job Summary
Lead a small group of approximately 20-25 first-year students throughout New Student Orientation events from August 20-23, 2026, while facilitating conversations on transitioning to college life and ensuring attendance. Role model appropriate academic and social behaviors, participate in team building activities, and communicate with parents regarding directions. Work alongside a team of Orientation Leaders, Resident Advisors, and student engagement staff to guide the group. This role requires a current full-time Ursinus College student in good standing with a minimum 2.5 GPA to attend summer training beginning August 17, 2026. Participants receive a $450 stipend plus coverage for housing and meals.
Required Qualifications
- current full-time Ursinus College student
- ability to participate in Summer trainings beginning the week of August 17, 2026
- ability to attend all of New Student Orientation and training sessions in the days before
- minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher
- good standing with the College
- ability to abide by all College policies
