Student Nurse Technician Campus Float

Conduct delegated patient care tasks including personal hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and skin care under RN supervision. Monitor and document all clinical activities while reporting patient condition changes to nursing staff. Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfers by transporting patients and managing personal care items. Maintain organized work environments by stocking supplies, identifying equipment issues, and entering repair requests. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ongoing education to support RN orientation.
