Job Summary
Support the nursing team by assisting with safe, effective care routines and activities of daily living (ADLs). Help patients with basic hygiene, nutrition, elimination, activity, and comfort measures; maintain privacy and respect. Obtain and document vital signs per unit standards, collect lab specimens, and accurately document intake and output. Report abnormal findings to the licensed nurse promptly. Requires enrollment in an accredited nursing program with BLS; related education and flexible scheduling (Per Diem/Part Time/Full Time) are available to accommodate school schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Currently Enrolled in an Accredited School of Nursing Program
- Current BLS through AHA
- Must be currently enrolled in accredited school of nursing program and has completed first semester of Nursing Fundamentals OR has completed accredited nursing program within one (1) year and has not obtained RN or LPN license
