Job Summary
Complete daily assignments as directed by a nurse, including obtaining vital signs and answering call lights promptly. Reinforce rehabilitation techniques to maximize patient recovery and participate in the Therapeutic Dysphagia and Feeding Program under therapist direction. Monitor diets and nutritional supplements, providing appropriate cues for feeding or swallowing, while assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Safeguard patient belongings, collect specimens for lab transport, and provide shift-to-shift reports to ensure continuity of care. Report all problems, accidents, and progress to the primary nurse immediately, maintaining strict confidentiality and observing safety regulations. Interact with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team in a calm, positive manner. Requires current enrollment in an accredited nursing school (ADN or BSN) with proof of first-year fundamentals completion, BLS, and CPR certification. Full-time or PRN shifts available with a 12-hour schedule.
Required Qualifications

- 4 shifts per every 6 week period (for PRN)
