Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide personal care and comfort. Maintain a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients under the direction of an RN or LPN. Complete required clinical rotations in an accredited nursing program while maintaining a 2.75 GPA. This entry-level role supports our mission to improve community health across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio through compassionate, direct patient care.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Currently enrolled in good standing at an accredited nursing program
- Successful completion of first clinical rotation in an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 2.75 GPA
- Not listed on Kentucky or Indiana Abuse Registry
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
