Student Nurse-Neuro Progressive Care Unit-PT-1st shift

Provide direct patient care standards including simple dressing changes, phlebotomy, PIV removal, and routine medication administration within the Student Nurse Aide scope of practice. Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge while explaining procedures to patients and families. Respond to emergency or physically distressing situations and maintain documentation meeting current standards and policies. Manage multiple priorities and adapt to a rapidly changing environment under RN/LPN direction. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with completed Fundamentals of Nursing and Pharmacology courses.
