Job Summary
Join Our Team as a Student Nurse Aide in long-term care. Provide personal care to residents under supervision, assist with grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing, and support with ambulation/transfers using proper body mechanics. Maintain resident rooms, change bed linens, monitor skin integrity, and assist with routine tasks such as answering call lights and organizing supplies. Support nursing staff with non-nursing duties, engage in reality orientation with residents, and report any condition requiring management attention. We emphasize reliability, teamwork, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Has written proof of completion of 16-hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shows excellent self-discipline, patience, and a passion for serving others.
- Can follow safety policies and procedures.
- Has basic computer literacy and can follow documentation protocols.
