Student Nurse Aide

Provide personal care to residents under supervision and within the scope of training, including grooming, bathing, peri care, and dressing. Change bed linens and maintain supplies; assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of proper body mechanics; routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity. Support nursing staff with non-nursing tasks (making beds, passing water/ice, answering call lights, organizing supplies) and assist with range of motion exercises and reality orientation. Identify and report conditions requiring management attention. Requires written proof of completion of 16-hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-discipline, patience, and ability to follow safety policies and documentation protocols. Equal Opportunity Employer.
