Job Summary
Lead the student team and recruit, equip, and shepherd leaders who disciple students at the Elizabethtown campus. Preach and teach biblically faithful and culturally relevant messages while using central resources to free up time for ministry. Create space for parent partnership, engage with the local community, and integrate campus ministry with the church-wide vision. Pastor, shepherd, and disciple the hearts and minds of students, leaders, and staff, participating in weekend services for baptisms, announcements, or communion. This role requires 2–3 years of experience in student ministry or a residency program, a bachelor's degree, and engagement with Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in student ministry or a residency program
- Holds a bachelor's degree
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one
- Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun
- Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving
- Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways
