Student Ministries Pastor - Foothills Bible Church

Student Ministry Pastor at Foothills Bible Church leads and revitalizes the middle and high school ministries, delivering biblically accurate teaching, casting vision, and building a culture of outreach and discipleship. Responsible for recruiting and developing adult volunteers and student leaders, supervising 2–3 staff (including college interns), and managing an annual department budget of $56,000. Must coordinate weekly and seasonal events (e.g., Wednesday and Sunday activities, camps, retreats), foster collaboration with parents and families, and provide stable leadership for a minimum of 5 years. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of ministry experience; effective teaching, leadership, team-building, program management, and financial administration skills are essential. Knowledge of moderate evangelical theology, believer’s baptism, and traditional marriage and sexuality beliefs is preferred.
