Student Ministries Pastor

Job Summary
Lead student ministry for 125 regular attendees and 200 connected students across local high schools, overseeing the LIFE Group, worship experiences, and three to five annual missional events including camps, retreats, and mission trips. Develop and grow leaders among students, volunteers, and staff while managing the ministry budget and financial processes. Engage directly with students and families to foster discipleship and influence the broader community through the church's Bridge Community Center. Supervise staff and members to ensure effective ministry achievement, utilizing audio, video, and computer resources for strategic organization. Report to the Executive Pastor of Family Life within a conservative evangelical context focused on global mission and disciple-making.
Required Qualifications

- excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- ability to write and engage people
- excellent skills/experience in organization and strategic processes for student ministry
- proficient in computer/software for office usage
- adequate skills and/or abilities to utilize audio, video, and computer resources for ministry
- Active growing follower of Christ
- consistent Christ-like character
- consistent biblical stewardship with personal and church resources
- consistent commitment to the ministry and mission of the church and its leaders
- strong biblical teaching/preaching background
- proven student teaching experience
- Experienced in recruitment and training of leaders in student ministries
Desired Qualifications
- College or seminary degree preferred
