Job Summary

Lead field marketing efforts by supporting the Field Marketing Specialist in building brand awareness, driving product trials, and executing on-campus activations. Provide in-field coaching to Student Marketeers, demonstrate sampling and sales techniques, and manage inventory, fleet maintenance, and warehouse coordination. Collaborate on recruitment planning, team training, and monthly analysis of branded assets while contributing to regional and national marketing strategies. Requires 6+ months of Student Marketeer experience, flexible part-time hours including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Join Red Bull North America to bring the brand to life across campus and in-market environments.

Required Qualifications

Must be currently assigned the Student Marketeer – Generalist role with at least 6 months of experience as a Student Marketeer (formerly SMSU, Wing, or SBM)
Proven ability to lead a project and motivate team members
Passion for the Brand and demonstrated ambassador of both Brand and Product knowledge
A desire to coach fellow Student Marketeers
Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some nights and weekends
University/college enrollment
