Job Summary
Student Marketeer Team Lead (SMTL) in Cincinnati leads on-campus brand execution and product sampling efforts under the guidance of the Field Marketing Specialist (FMS). Responsibilities include coaching fellow Student Marketeers, supporting recruitment and onboarding, assisting in planning university activities, executing in-field missions with expert brand/product knowledge, managing sampling and seeding inventories, coordinating warehouse-related schedules, and providing monthly asset status analyses. Demonstrates strong execution of sampling techniques, supports campus-level and regional/national priorities, and participates in cross-functional marketing sessions to bring the World of Red Bull to life on campus. Must already hold the Student Marketeer – Generalist role with 6+ months of experience, be enrolled in higher education, and be available for flexible part-time hours (including nights and weekends).
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently assigned the Student Marketeer – Generalist role with at least 6 months of experience as a Student Marketeer
- University/college enrollment
- Proven ability to lead a project and motivate team members
- Passion for the Brand and demonstrated ambassador of both Brand and Product knowledge
- Desire to coach fellow Student Marketeers
- Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some nights and weekends
