Job Summary
Conduct daily supervision of the swimming pool, locker rooms, and deck areas while enforcing facility policies and preventing accidents. Monitor patrons from guarding stations, actively practice preventative strategies, and communicate immediately regarding any safety hazards. Maintain current American Red Cross CPR and Lifeguard certifications, attend staff meetings, and wear the issued uniform for all shifts. Honor assigned work schedules by reporting dressed in uniform at least ten minutes prior to the start time.
