Job Summary
Coordinate planning, logistics, and communications for major student-focused events and programs throughout the academic year; provide administrative support to the Event Review Committee and maintain records related to student engagement and campus events; coordinate recruitment, onboarding, budget administration, and record management for Residence Councils and related committees; manage student appeal requests and confidential documentation; handle inquiries through the Student Life email, support student onboarding and transition programs, and contribute to secure file management. Supports department initiatives and student engagement programs; assists with student leader recruitment, payroll documentation, and eligibility reviews; requires a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational, written/oral communication, and MS Office skills, with preference for university-experience background.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience preferred
- strong organizational skills
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- ability to multi-task and follow-up with attention to detail
- experience in a University environment preferred
