Job Summary
Conduct property tours for student groups and assist them through the application process. Act as a primary contact for tenants and guarantors regarding tenancies, rent, and the summer move-in/move-out peak. Perform termly property inspections to identify wear and tear and coordinate with contractors for maintenance repairs. Manage key handovers and contracts while ensuring compliance with HMO legal requirements. Travel between student properties using your own vehicle and full UK driving licence.

- Housing & Property Management Level 3 Apprentice
