Job Summary
Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI reports, dashboards, and simple data analyses, while helping prepare clear presentations and internal communication materials. Assist with IT Service Management operations, day-to-day administrative support, and smaller process automation improvements using scripts and AI/LLM tools. Contribute to software testing activities by preparing tests, documenting results, and following up on findings. This 20-25 hour/week student role offers practical experience in modernizing core banking systems across the RBI Group. You will work in an international environment with a focus on data visualization, process automation, and IT operations.
Required Qualifications
- Active studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of programming languages
- Curiosity and first practical interest in working with modern AI and large language model tools
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving smaller tasks and questions
- Very good English and German communication skills
- Reliable, well-organized, and eager to learn in a supportive team environment
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Location: 1190 Vienna
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage
- A good eye for detail and design, especially when creating clean and appealing PowerPoint slides
