Job Summary
Student job in Vienna within Group CIB Strategy & Experience Design, supporting CX surveys, data structuring and analysis, preparing management-ready presentations from CX insights, consolidating qualitative feedback, and supporting cross-market CX initiatives. Requires actively studying at a university in applied mathematics, economics, finance, or related field; fluency in German and English; strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel with pivot tables and formulas); initial experience with Power BI and Tableau for dashboards; exposure to data environments such as Databricks or APEX and SQL is a plus; strong analytical skills, independent and structured work approach, and eagerness to learn. 20 hours per week with on-site work in Vienna and flexible study-friendly scheduling.
