Student Internship - Interiors - Hong Kong

Job Summary
Intern with Gensler will work with project teams on different stages of interior design projects and develop 3D models using computer-aided design. You will perform interior design assignments, develop design schemes, generate design plans, and participate in the selection of FF&E and color/materials for projects in coordination with team members for presentations and space planning concepts. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other 3D design programs is required; Revit is preferred. Must communicate effectively in Chinese and English and be a self-starter who can collaborate with a team. Minimum 3-4 days of full-time internship eligibility; portfolio/work samples in PDF format are requested for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or master's in interior design, Architecture, Environmental Art Design or related major
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other 3D computer design programs
- Strong planning abilities, knowledge of furniture and finishes, planning codes
- Self-starters with good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Ability to work well with a team
- Can afford minimum 3-4 days of full time internship to be considered
- Preferred to have 3 months and longer time as internship
- Preferred: Revit user
