Job Summary
Internship focused on supporting IT audit and compliance activities within ABB's Compliance Team. Responsibilities include preparing records and documentation for IT audits and compliance reviews, collecting and verifying data and audit evidence (including screenshots), preparing draft records and reports, performing manual compliance-related administrative tasks, and participating in meetings conducted in English. Ideal candidate is a student in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field, with basic Excel skills, SAP knowledge preferred, and strong attention to detail; 30–35 hours per week with hybrid work in Kraków (remote with one office day per month).
Required Qualifications
- Student status (preferably in the 2nd or 3rd year of studies: Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field)
- Basic knowledge of Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP or similar functions is a plus)
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
