Job Summary
Conduct cleaning and custodial maintenance across assigned areas, including floors, bathrooms, exterior spaces, and office furniture. Wash walls, windows, and ceilings; dust desks and bookshelves; and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Collect and dispose of trash, litter, and debris from grounds, streets, and parking lots while sweeping exterior steps, entrances, and sidewalks. Use provided cleaning compounds, waxes, and disinfectants. Must be reliable and willing to work evenings and some weekends.
