Job Summary
Intern – supports a design professional by performing field verification of existing conditions, creating 3D models, contributing to conceptual design, and producing construction/permit documents. Requires researching building codes and permits, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and participating in Live Design meetings. Responsible for delivering high-level tasks across multiple projects while maintaining billing efficiency and aligning with the project design vision. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); SketchUp and Rhino preferred; Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray a plus. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and knowledge of standard construction methods/materials are required. Travel None. Full-time position with 40 hours/week. Sponsorship may be considered. Education: in progress toward Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture preferred; Master of Architecture preferred.
Required Qualifications
- In progress at completing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited university preferred
- Entry level, minimal experience required
