Job Summary
Assist cooks and cook helpers in preparing student meals in compliance with government and management directives; perform cleanup and sanitation duties in food prep, storage, and dish areas to maintain health standards; supply ingredients to cooking area as instructed; support the student snack bar and related duties in the Admin Building; available for evenings and some weekends; program is tied to Job Corps, with preferred Culinary Arts student enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a current Job Corps Center Student currently enrolled in the Culinary Arts program, preferred.
- Must be a completer and ready for work-based learning.
