Job Summary
Assist cooks and cook helpers in preparing student meals while performing clean-up and sanitation duties in food preparation, storage, and dish rooms. Transfer merchandise ingredients to the cooking area and manage the student snack bar, outside area, and other assigned tasks in the Admin Building. Maintain health standards and ensure adequate food supply. Must be a current Job Corps Culinary Arts student, at least 18 years old, and willing to work mornings, evenings, and some weekends. Required Qualifications
- Must be a completer and ready for work-based learning
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be a current Job Corps Center Student currently enrolled in the Culinary Arts program
- Must have their student card
- Must be reliable
- Must be willing to work mornings or evenings and some weekends
