Job Summary
Contribute to integrated marketing plans and execute digital campaigns across social media, email, and web channels. Support content creation and scheduling for digital platforms while managing EHA's Community Platform, applying updates and recommending improvements. Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and conduct market research on trends and competitors to inform strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing activities. Join the largest hematology association in Europe in a hybrid model with minimum three office days per week in The Hague.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field or Vocational or applied sciences programs (HBO) in Marketing, Media, or Commercial Economics
- Not writing a graduation thesis
- Registered at an Educational Institute
- Live in the Netherlands
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands (if non-EU/EEA national)
- Valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
- Availability to join in September
- Minimum of three months duration
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media management
- Marketing basics: brand positioning, messaging and narrative building, marketing mix, 6Ps, AIDA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English on first language level
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
- Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desk research skills
- Curiosity and 'can-do' attitude
- Minimum of three office days per week in The Hague
- Workweek of 32 - 40 hours
- Internship duration of 3-6 months (based on availability)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with e-mail marketing, SEO, content creation, and analytics tools
- Up to date with the latest social media trends, influencers, and brand activations
- Photo/video creation and/or editing skills
