Student Information Systems Application Consultant

Provide daily technical support to customers through telephone, email, and direct contact for client/server-based Student Information System management software, including PowerSchool, Skyward, and Destiny. Conduct customer training in various formats, including web-based sessions, in-person group settings, and one-on-one instruction. Prepare training materials, written procedural guides, and technical documentation. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Conduct quality assurance testing and documentation for new applications, features, and functionalities. Assist local districts in developing specialized reports and implementing reporting changes. Make independent decisions and solve problems to contribute to the department's success. This 12-month, full-time position at St. Clair County RESA offers a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance.
