Student Information System Support, iLEAD Exploration Costa Mesa

Student Information Systems Support role focused on serving as the main contact for enrollment, withdrawals, records, transcripts, and student data. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining learner records, guiding enrollment from start to finish, providing general administrative support (mailing, scanning, faxing), managing enrollment mail, collaborating with the enrollment team to improve family intake processes, responding to inquiries within 24 hours during the school week, assisting with staff training on enrollment, maintaining student information systems and documentation (EL, special programs, IEPs), preparing and analyzing reports, expediting withdrawals, supporting counselors with transcript information, and maintaining current family information in Google Documents and spreadsheets; requires proactive, collaborative, and professional communication, with a focus on data accuracy and continuous process improvement. Essential functions include sedentary work, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional travel between worksites via public transit or self-transportation. Qualifications include a high school degree or equivalent, and office experience or training; proficiency with technology and ability to learn online platforms for record-keeping and data intake, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
