Job Summary
Guide prospective and current students through the enrollment process, coordinate referrals to campus services, perform data entry and reporting, track communications and manage cases with good judgment, collaborate with advisors and departments to meet student needs, assist with planning and executing campus events, monitor transcript requests through the National Student Clearinghouse, and may lead training sessions for other Specialists and Advisors.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree and two (2) years of customer service experience OR a combination of education and work experience related to higher education enrollment processes.
- Experience working in higher education enrollment services is preferred.
