Job Summary
Montreal-based Student Housing Associate (Fixed-Term through Sep 2027) supports leasing execution and operations across Forum Asset Management's Montreal portfolio. Responsibilities include owning leasing performance during peak periods, managing prospect pipelines, conducting property tours, supporting the full leasing lifecycle from inquiry to execution, tracking leasing metrics, and collaborating with property operations, marketing, and head office teams. The role contributes to financial analysis, budgeting support, and asset-level reporting, with additional duties in market research and evaluating new opportunities. The position is part of the FREE Program, requires on-site work at assigned properties with potential travel between sites, and targets recent graduates (0–2 years) with strong Excel and bilingual (French/English) capabilities.
