Job Summary
Develop creative print layouts, digital graphics, and web materials using Adobe Creative Cloud while adhering to university style guidelines. Produce concept boards, mock-ups, and electronic files to support fundraising initiatives and enhance the ASU brand. Select compelling photography, interpret client feedback, and maintain accurate records within digital asset management systems. Work independently or as part of a team to research, typeset, and deliver visual content for various projects.
Required Qualifications
- A student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at Arizona State University
- Must be willing to sign and abide by a confidentiality agreement
- Working knowledge of the PC computer platform
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud applications including; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro DC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications to include; Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to modify existing files (copy edits, photo modifications and resizing)

- A current student pursing Graphic Design at Arizona State University
- Previous work or internship experience
- Relevant coursework
- Exhibits attention to detail and high degree of openness to new approaches and ideas
- Strong understanding of design and layout
- Collaborative style, combined with the ability and desire to work in a team-based environment
- Strong and collegial interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively in person, writing, and by phone
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility regarding information related to Enterprise Partners and University business and confidential prospect information
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties
- Highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects with tight deadlines
