The role involves maintaining records, communicating with university partners, and participating in division/university activities. Requires graduate enrollment and a Bachelor's degree, with a stipend of $12,000 per year, 20 hours/week, tuition assistance for Butler graduate programs, and an on-campus apartment stipend package.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be currently pursuing a graduate degree at an accredited institution of higher education
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with college students
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions
  • Ability to diffuse and respond effectively to situations involving intense pressures and/or unpredictable persons
  • Physical ability to climb stairs in order to reach the top floor of a residence hall in an emergency situation without assistance
