Job Summary
Facilitates student leadership classes and coordinates Dorm Court, student focus groups, and leadership training activities. Advises and counsels students on leadership opportunities and obligations; coordinates the Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) semi-annually; assists in coordinating evening activities and tutoring in dorms; collaborates with the Business Community Liaison and Career Counseling/Training departments to plan activities for non-residential students; supports residential staff to ensure dorm coverage during breaks and lunches; represents Equus Workforce Solutions in promoting workforce development at centers and partner sites. Requires 1-2 years related experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; role emphasizes leadership development, student engagement, community service participation, survey coordination, and collaboration with career services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
