Job Summary
Assist in the preparation of hot and cold foods, properly store items using temperature requirements, and set up stations with entrees, soups, salads, and condiments. Interact with guests in serving and dining areas while following proper guest service procedures, including smiling, making eye contact, and greeting visitors. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment adhering to all client and regulatory rules. This weekend and evening schedule supports AVI Foodsystems' mission to provide comprehensive, high-quality food service with a focus on fresh ingredients and impeccable service at Bob Jones University.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with other team members and other departments with professionalism and respect
- Maintain a professional relationship with all team members vendor representatives supervisors managers customers and client representatives
- Previous food service experience preferred
