Student Food Service Worker (Anderson University Freshens)

Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, properly store food using knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage, and set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils. Interact with guests in serving, retail, and dining areas while following proper guest service procedures by smiling, making eye contact, and greeting guests. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following all client and regulatory rules and procedures. Maintain a fast pace and ability to multitask when performing duties. Must be a current student on campus with the ability to work a flexible part-time schedule; previous food service experience is preferred.
