Job Summary
Greet and serve guests with a warm, friendly demeanor while setting up food service stations and replenishing menu items during service. Prepare food in accordance with safety standards, operate equipment like ovens and mixers, and follow HACCP procedures including taking temperature records. Break down and clean stations after each meal, wash dishes, and maintain a safe workspace. Assist with cooking, cold prep, restocking, and POS operations. Collaborate with coworkers and comply with assigned schedules and dress codes.
