Job Summary
Process student billing and accounts accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations. Resolve outstanding balances and establish payment plans while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available financial resources. Prepare monthly billing cycles, collaborate with the Controller's office for reconciliation, and monitor balances for non-enrolled students to ensure timely documentation and collection from external partners. Requires an Associate's degree with two years of experience in student accounts or bursar operations, strong technical skills with student information systems, and excellent communication abilities.
