Job Summary
Review Financial Aid applications, process EU and Non-EU student applications, and enter data into the main budget document and database. Charge student accounts accurately, monitor balances, and follow up on outstanding payments while answering inquiries via email, phone, and in-person. Prepare financial statements, decision letters, and official confirmations, and coordinate insurance and housing payment processes. Manage Micro Loans and the MCQuaig Deferred Payment Plan by processing applications, preparing contracts, and collecting payments. Ensure compliance with GDPR and Lithuanian legal requirements, maintain the document registry, and prepare statistical reports. This role supports the Student Financial Services Director in administering financial aid and student accounts within an international, multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. degree
- Extremely strong communication skills (oral and written) in English and Lithuanian
- Superior computer skills in MS Office programs
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with students, staff, and external contacts, maintaining effective communication and a helpful attitude
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
