Job Summary
Counsel prospective students on financial aid eligibility, application procedures, and loan management while advising current and former students on funding options. Answer inquiries regarding aid programs, alternative funding sources, and eligibility status via telephone or email, resolving issues to ensure student satisfaction. Assist with completing necessary financial aid documents and guide students through the full financial aid process using accurate, up-to-date information. Maintain assigned shift coverage for inbound calls and acquire, enter, and update student data in internal and external systems. Adhere to Federal and Institutional regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, and assigned productivity goals.
