Job Summary
Respond to emails, phone calls, and Slack messages in a timely, professional manner while providing bilingual (English/Spanish) support to students, families, schools, and district partners. Monitor and clear the shared transportation inbox daily, escalate serious issues to Leads and Managers, and move new requests, changes, and cancellations to correct routing boards. Follow daily task checklists, update Asana, report 3-day no-shows, execute radio checks, and support accident reporting. Work independently in a remote setting with a reliable computer and internet access, completing a background check. Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM Pacific Time.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and inbox organization skills
- Must have access to a reliable computer and internet
- Must successfully complete a background and reference check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred
