Job Summary
Lead the SNHU Esports Operations Team by coordinating weekly operations meetings and maintaining the arena schedule, including weekend events. Develop and implement a technology maintenance strategy, managing the weekly PC update cycle and formalizing operating guidelines and troubleshooting documents. Introduce students, faculty, and staff to the arena while explaining the program's mission and goals. This student employee role requires enrollment in an undergraduate program at SNHU and strong IT skills in Windows 11, gaming software, and user administration. The position offers hourly compensation between $13.00 and $15.00. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with collegiate esports, broadcasting tools like Vmix and OBS, and customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in an Undergraduate program at SNHU
- Strong information technology skills including Windows 11, gaming and peripheral software and hardware, and user administration software
- Proficiency with all technology involved in the esports arena
