Student Enrollment Coordinator - IDEA Edgemere (26-27)

Enrollment-focused role coordinating student enrollment at IDEA Public Schools: drive recruitment strategies, organize campus tours and recruitment events, manage applications and the re-registration process, maintain waitlists and ensure enrollment targets are met by the 11th Day of School, and oversee onboarding for new families. Requires strong customer service, data integrity, compliance, and communication skills; responsibilities include cold calling campaigns, community engagement, creating recruitment plans, and facilitating Welcome/orientation activities. Travel up to 80% during peak periods; schedule is non-traditional (evenings/weekends). Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be able to work on-site in El Paso, TX; bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
